Hello, thank you for visiting my practice page and thinking about the possibility of counseling. The foundation of who I am as a therapist comes not just from my education and trainings, but even more so from my life experiences and the things I value most. I value my family (immediate & extended!), my friendships, spending time in nature or with a really good cup of coffee, and serving others. Most of all, it is my faith that drives all of these interactions.

I first became passionate about helping others as a young girl. My grandparents, mother, aunts and uncles spent their careers in education and I saw how a person could make a positive impact by serving, encouraging, and supporting others- and I knew that’s what I wanted to do too. Being a therapist and walking alongside my clients in their journey of growth, self-discovery, or healing is an honor, a privilege, and a role I take immense joy in.

My experience in counseling & education began 15 years ago. During this time, I’ve had the privilege counseling at the middle, high school, and university level as well as at a local non profit, where I learned the beauty and effectiveness of experiential therapy. I opened my private practice in 2021 and take pride in my unique ability to build strong therapeutic relationships and provide quality, compassionate, effective mental health care to teens & parents, young adults, and women of all ages.

My approach is compassionate, honest, and holistic (seeing each person for not just their area of concern, but especially their strengths!). I’ve seen therapy transform lives and relationships in incredible ways and I’m hopeful you can experience this too. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have.
